How is it operated
Sales Process
The owner efficiently generates sales quotations within 3 minutes upon receiving any inquiries. Once job confirmation and deposits are received, the sales quotation is converted into a sales order, and an invoice is raised for the deposit payment.
Invoicing & Payments
As the delivery progresses, additional invoices are raised accordingly. All received payments are processed through a simple 3-click Payment Receipt system.
Expenses
Utility bill subscriptions, outsourcing and other expenses are recorded in the Bills Payment document, which enables streamlined outbound payment processing in a single step.
Monthly Tasks
The dashboard provides a debtor list for efficient payment collections, and invoices can be conveniently re-downloaded for sending to debtors. Regular statement reconciliations help identify and resolve any discrepancies. Profit and loss reviews are conducted at regular intervals. Additionally, tax estimates are performed during specific months to ensure accuracy.
Annually
During the closing period, a financial report package is exported for audits. Adjustment journals are created to reflect any necessary adjustments in the financial reports. Finally, tax returns are filed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
